Agraharam Cottages has four types of accommodation; Deluxe A.C cottages, Deluxe non-A.C cottages, Suite cottages and Twin cottage. Cottages are designed in such a way that almost all of them get a close view of either the mountains or the forest. All the cottages are built up of echo-friendly materials. Tiled roof, wooden ceiling and laterite walls provide them a Malabar touch. There are  8 Non A.C Deluxe cottages (Sauparnika, Ashokavani, Parnashala, Sreeshylam, Kamyakam, Indeevaram, Nikunjam, Chitrakoodam ), 2 A.C Deluxe cottages (Panchavadi & Chaithram), 2 Family Cottages (Aranyam and Haritham) and a twin cottage (AlakaNanda).

8 Non A.C and 2 A.C cottages are alike, and each has two single cots (size 6'x3'). In all these 10 cottages  one or two additional beds can be provided.

Twin Cottage



      

The twin cottage AlakaNanda is a building with two separate cottages and a common living area. It is essentially meant for two close-knit families. In the cottage Alaka, there are two cots each of size 6'x3' and in the cottage Nanda, there is only a double cot of size 6'x5'.

Family Cottages

            

The two Family cottages Aranyam and Haritham are facing the forest and each has four cots. They are in a solitary building, isolated from the main area. Each of these cottages has a big room, a kid’s room and a living area. In-front-of the building there is a fairly big court-yard where its inmates can park their vehicle and enjoy bonfire.
